  1. It is required that you register for any indoor class. Class maximum is 7 people.

  2. In the schedule below, classes close for registration 60 minutes before start time.

  3. If you need to cancel, you must cancel 2 hours in advance.

It only took Betsy about 18 months to convince me to try kettlebells. Finally I tried it and it has been great this summer.
