Customized Distant Coaching & Program Design

Distant Coaching online allows me to provide to any individual, anywhere in the world, expert instruction and program design customized to meet their needs and goals. This customization could be anything from maintenance training goals to specific goals such as training for a  StrongFirst Certification, achieving a pull up goal, etc.

Included in the distant coaching is program design, weekly check ins, video assessments, training demo videos and phone as well as email support to direct your progress.

Costs vary depending on details for the individual, custom programming design, length of training, level of training, etc.
