Geoff Neupert, Owner

Geoff Neupert has been in the fitness profession for over 15 years. During that time frame he has worked as a personal trainer, a NCAA Division 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach at Rutgers University, and been the owner/co-owner of three successful Personal Training businesses.

Geoff's professional background is well-rounded and it includes training individuals for fat loss, athletes for competition, and the post-rehabilitation of individuals with injuries.

Geoff is also a Senior Russian Kettlebell Challenge (Sr. RKC) Instructor, one of nine in the world, who teaches other fitness professionals how to correctly use and instruct others the correct use of the Kettlebell, at the world's leading kettlebell instructor certification, the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC). Geoff is currently certified as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is a Level 2 Z-Health Certified Trainer. He has been certified at different times throughout his career with USA Weightlifting, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the American Council on Exercise.

Geoff is an internationally published author, with articles appearing in "Hard Style" magazine, "Dragondoor.com," and "T-Nation.com" as well as being a former contributor to the "Fitness Forum" in the Durham Herald Sun.

Geoff's personal fitness background has been mainly in Olympic-style weightlifting but he is also a former wrestler, powerlifter, and cross-country runner (Which you would never guess when looking at him!).

Betsy Collie, Owner, Head Kettlebell Instructor

Betsy Collie has been in the fitness profession for 20 years, specializing in group exercise and fitness and dance. She has spent her entire life moving--starting dance at the age of 3 years old! She has had extensive formal dance training over the last 20+ years including ballet, jazz, modern dance, hip-hop, and gymnastics. She received a scholarship to and attended the very prestigious North Carolina School of the Arts for Dance in Winston-Salem, NC and was also chosen to attend the exclusive Governor's School of North Carolina for Dance.

Betsy’s professional background is evident in her graceful, elegant, and fluid movement. She has instructed and choreographed dance and movement for everyone from pre-schoolers to debutantes, to collegiate dancers. She has taught group fitness classes to all populations from the early days of aerobics and step through the current trends of Pilates, Bosu, Cardio Box, and Muscle Pump. Betsy has done it all and concluded that kettlebell training provides THE BEST fitness solution for all populations.

Betsy is currently certified as a Russian Kettlebell Instructor, Level 2 Instructor (RKC2), through Z-Health Level 1 Certified trainer, and through the American Fitness and Aerobics Association (AFAA) to teach Group Fitness, Pilates, and Personal Training.

Undoubtedly the most unique thing about Betsy’s background is that she was a professional cheerleader for professional football’s World League.

Kevin Perrone, Kettlebell / Z-Health Instructor

Kevin has been involved in training for over 5 years. He has worked in a cardiac rehab program, taught gymnastics and motor skills to preschoolers, worked in corporate wellness centers, and for the last 3 years has been focusing on personal training. His varied background and strong interest in learning ensures that he brings the best and most applicable information to those with whomever he works.

Kevin is a Health/Fitness Instructor certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also a level 2 RKC and has assisted at the national certification workshop. Kevin is a Circular Strength Training instructor and is one of less than 30 people in the world to have comp leted all four levels of the Z-health training. Currently he is in the process of obtaining his massage therapy license in order to more completely assist his clients.

Kevin works with a wide range age groups as well as people with varying conditions such as cardiovascular, neurological, and orthopedic concerns, as well as individuals with other special needs. Whether you want to be able to walk up stairs without experiencing pain or working to set a new state record, he’s helped others and he will help you.

When he’s not working or in class, Kevin spends his time climbing, working on grip strength feats, making sculptures, or is out with his dog.
