Rapid Results Fitness shatters not one, but two fitness paradigms!

First, Rapid Results Fitness provides a form of group fitness that is remarkably akin to personal training--expert instruction, expert program design, but with online web-based lifestyle coaching that allows members to achieve the results they want at an affordable price. Second, Rapid Results Fitness uses almost exclusively an "old-school" tool--the kettlebell (along with bodyweight exercises, barbell and other traditional fitness equipment) to help its members get leaner, stronger, and moving well. The kettlebell offers many advantages over traditional fitness equipment, which is why Rapid Results Fitness has chosen to use it as its primary means of achieving fitness.

JUMP START

We offer an intro Kettlebell class called JUMP START. The JUMP START is mandatory for anyone interested in becoming a part of our program. In Jump Start you will learn proper form, safety cues, for the 6 basic Kettlebell exercises in traditional kettlebell training. These exercises lay the foundation for more complicated and progressive movements in our classes.

The fee to participate in JUMP START is $30. The classes are held on Saturdays at 10:30am and by appointment and can be done virtually or live depending on your preference. If you sign up for membership the same day as the class the fee will be applied to your first month’s membership!
